The Antminer S21 XP+ Hyd is a hydro-cooled SHA-256 ASIC miner from Bitmain for Bitcoin (BTC). This 500 TH/s version is listed at 5,500 W, an efficiency of 11.00 J/TH.

As a hydro-cooled machine it moves heat out with liquid rather than fans, so it does not cool itself out of the box: it has to be connected to a liquid loop with a pump, piping and a dry cooler or heat exchanger. See our air vs hydro cooling guide.
